Cone assembly
Over-molded thermoplastic surround
Eliminates adhesive bonds between the cone, dome, and surround, resulting in a responsible reduction in adhesives and VOCs.
Proprietary high-performance thin-ply glass fiber cone material
Replaces paper cone variability and prevents wastewater pollution. Audio performance and cosmetics are stable for the product lifetime, optimizing sustainable and responsible manufacturing and material use.
Magnet assembly
Lower-grade rare earth (RE) magnet material
In-depth design optimization minimizing rare earth elements and facilitates recycled magnets reducing CO2 emissions.

HVS Carbon Reduction Certification by TÜV Rheinland®
